what is considered the normal rate per day for a 9k pop town, with lvl 2 or 3 sf centre?

realm is at war with 1 realm, if that matters

What are the stats of the SF center?

What continent is it on?

Is that "9k pop" indicating that the town has 9000 peasants and is at full population?  If not, then what is the current/full population?

what i was looking for is sort of a rough idea. 10? 5? 2? etc

90 training   55 / 55  (range 5) size 2
55 training   85 / 70 size 3

i've been getting 2 apiece a day after war declared and less before that.
