Change class quickly after already changing it

Does anyone know exactly how many days "a few days" are in this context?

I changed class in a very bad moment and need to change back. It has gone 2 days and 18 hours or so.

Apparently the text does not need changing. I could change class again today. About 3 days and 10 hours after I last changed. 3 full turns (morning turns).
That counts as a couple of days :)

So the week-long restriction is after changing realm only, and not after changing class? I could swear it was for both...
