It's funny to read reports in the "Glory of Enweil" and see how defeats have been conveniently left out. It is without a doubt the best piece of propaganda in the game and it's exactly that kind of thing that makes Enweil the enjoyable enemy that it is.
It's also a great indicator of how Enweil is doing. No reports? They're in trouble. 
Perhaps you misread the title. It, in fact, did not say "Defeats of Enweil."
