Bought this yesterday. I'm a fan of strange games and satire, and the "combine your own spell" approach is... interesting. I've already managed to kill myself in interesting ways, which apparently is kind of the unofficial goal of the game. :-)

Anyone else got it? Maybe we can make a BM players online game.

Looked at it for sure. Some interesting videos from Yogscast and TotalHalibut playing it. Sadly the main person I play online games with wasn't very interested in it, so haven't gotten it yet. Would be interested in setting something up with some BMers if they don't mind casual gameplay with not always the optimal results, to put it nicely. ;)

Got the game yesterday and proudly proceeded to spend most of my time killing myself and my teammates. I'll get the hang of it and am interested now in games if people want :)

To find other BM players - when you host a game, why not put "BM" or "BattleMaster" in the game name? That way, who knows, you might end up playing with some fellow BMers.

Looks pretty cool! Once I deposit my check I'll buy it! Looks like a pretty creative game with some humor. Plus I love co-ops.. like Borderlands - such a great game!

Electric laser beams do tend to be as deadly to your teammates as they are to the enemy.

For Magicka, you need to know one spell: W A Space! The rest is just bonus ;)

oh yes you can kill your teammates. Often unintentionally, but none the less funny. And DO cross the beams. We once wiped out an entire wave with a combined water-fire-arcane-electricity beam (elements you can't combine on your own because they are opposites).

I have so far killed myself in 20 different ways, and its sooooo fun :D Cant wait till I pick up from 20 on Sunday! Am aiming for 50 by Monday :D
