Ability to Withdraw Oath Offers to Paused/AutoPaused

As the subject says. I would very much love the ability to withdraw my oath offers from those characters that decide to Pause or Auto-Pause. I do not like it when they pop back up on the very day the oath offer is to expire and decide to accept even though I have taken another Knight. It is, slightly annoying.

Since the whole oath system is going to be replaced by the New Estate System, don't expect any changes to the oath system anymore.
