Running for Imperial Magistrate

This is an official notice that Sayuki Kuriga is putting his name into the ballot for Imperial Magistrate of Arcaea. His official statement was thus: I would like to announce that I am not running. My name will merely be on the ballot to satisfy Imperial Chancellor Remi in his support of me. Any and all votes for me will be wasted and should go to better candidates. I would also like to say that I would be a terrible Magistrate, as I tend to judge based on the spirit and not the word of the law.
