In the region of Tindle/Beluaterra there is a horde of 90 undead (2,300 cs). They are not looting or causing any damage to the region. I haven't seen any reports of them killing peasants or hurting production. Looking at the region page Tindle is Cheerful, Loyal and Thriving for region stats.

The daily region reports don't mention anything related to them:
Tindle: The population is growing 70 people through new births and immigrations. Some people consider the tax rate as too high. Morale rises 2%.
Tindle: The population is growing 66 people through new births and immigrations. Some people consider the tax rate as too high. Morale rises 5%.

Sounds like a bug in the script. I'll look into it.

Looks like things got fixed:
Undead Activity   (6 minutes ago)
Undead are still at large in Tindle:
The undead hordes burn and destroy. Production falls 9 %.
19 peasants have vanished and were either killed by the undead or have fled in panic.
The undead are leaving the region and moving somewhere else.
