EC Turn failed to run correctly?

I've just noticed that as far as troop movement goes (taxes were alright in Westmoor), the turn for us failed to run correctly and any troops that were on the march have not so much as moved from their original locations. Has this affected any of the other EC realms at all?

In fact, this seems to have affected much more than just EC looking at the Bugtracker. Ah well.

bug found and fixed, next turn should be ok.
