Noble Rank for Knights

Phillip Talratheon is a Knight of Maf, and Marious Carbonel of Giask, so it says in the Realm Hierarchy, but both appear ranked as "Noble" in the Character List.

I still show as a noble of Askileon Purlies, despite having taken an estate in Santoo. I think this is one of the things still to be implemented.

yes, regarding titles there's a mix of old and new system right now. sorry.
