Infiltrators can't ask for a duel?

Is that true? Someone told me it is an ooc rule for all infiltrators. Can someone direct me to all the ooc rules?

That's bull!@#$. There's no such "rule". But the game mechanic disallows it, infiltrators can not make a challenge.

I remember this one time I had no unit, and was twice the age of my opponent in said "surprise duel". And apparently I wounded him seriously, and he got caught and thrown in the dungeon by my non-existent (rogue) guards. Wow.
