Lord Appointment Requirements
« Topic Start: November 19, 2011, 01:19:15 AM »
Hi I play the Duke of Fissoa and theres some appointing going on and I really can't figure out why I'm only being offered these certain candidates. Can anyone point me to a list of the actual requirements for someone to become a lord. I'm sure I've seen them somewhere (or at least they've been discussed) but I can't find them on the forum.
My language: (Apologies for any confusion this results in.)
Awesome = Ossim
Tom = Tarm

Those that have an Estate in the region and those that have no Estates at all should be the ones you can appoint.
d'Arricarrère Family: Torpius (All around Dwilight), Felicie (Riombara), Frederic (Riombara) and Luc (Eponllyn).

The following nobles cannot be appointed lord:
  • Anyone who is already a lord
  • Anyone who has an estate in another region
  • Council members, unless they are a duke and appointing themselves as the lord
If at first you don't succeed, don't take up skydiving.

Last I tried, I could not reinstate a former lord that was kicked out due to revolt or I don't know what. Could this be because the game still considered him a lord?
