So if Realm A and Realm B are at peace and attack a region together against their enemies who are in the middle of a TO, what will happen? Will they attack at the same time or the region owner will attack while the other will be neutral?

Realm A & Realm B should both be attackers against Realm C who would be the defender.

Hope you are right. Humans on Beluaterra will be pulling this off very soon. If one side goes neutral we are so doomed lol

It depends on details. But the basic principle is that if you are at war with the defender, you will attack. Not 100% sure what happens if you are also at war with someone else who attacks as well, that might cause you to stay neutral.

You will probably have problems if you defeat the Daimons and then become the defender. I don't think a realm at peace with another realm will join in defending against a common enemy.

Better sign those alliance papers.

If C is the defender, and A and B are both at war with C, then both A and B will join in the battle as attackers against C.

This will not work if C is the attacker. In that case, either A or B will be the defender, C will attack, and the odd man out will grab the beer and pizza, and watch the battle from the sidelines.

If C is running a TO, then it is safe to assume they will be the defender. In any other situation, there is probably at least a small chance that some quirk of the system will cause C to be the attacker. This is why it's important to have clear and obvious diplomacy. If you want to help someone, you should ally with them.
If at first you don't succeed, don't take up skydiving.
