I didn't know about the guild in Strombran. It is nice to hear about such a guild. Treasure Seekers guild has more than 20 members :)

•Meet with Ruos... - the green wizard Wizard.

Rumours and your adventuring experience have led you to a wizard, one of the reminders of ancient times, when magic was strong. He is one of the few remaining mortals capable of shaping magic and casting spells. Most importantly for you, however, he can bind his spells into magic scrolls, which even those unfamiliar with magic can use.

Fair warning: Some scrolls are not yet implemented, you can buy them but you can not yet use them.

He can write the following scroll(s) for you, in exchange for some items that he needs for his studies:
•Scroll of Magic Weapons

And here are the items he asks for in exchange (regardless of which scroll he writes): •2x Wyvern Scales
•2x Piece of Jade
•2x Old Horn
•2x Strange Skull

=====
Joking about Game Fair warning: Some scrolls are not yet implemented, you can buy them but you can not yet use them ;D

QuoteRoleplay from Oak   (just sent)
Message sent to everyone in "Darkanism"
After Oak meeting with Ruos the green wizard Wizard in Rantire.

Oak speaks to a Rantire old man. "I do not know what they feed these so-called Wizards in their heads. Asking for stuff that is out of this world."

The old man shakes his head and replies. "You are crazy fool kid. Newly out of birth block are you? What do you know of Wizards is just a meagre drop of blood and sweat you have incur your whole life."

Oak grins and flashes his teeth sheepishly. Or lack of teeth due to most of its chopped during monsters and undead champions battles. "Well, I suppose my bravery and brashness to rush into frenzy at the sight of monsters, undead not only cost my blood and sweat. My teeth as well. Now if there is a Wizard that can perform magic by restoring my teeth instead of those useless and possibly unusable Scrolls that he kept warning me about."

(OOC: This is in regard to Game Fair warning: Some scrolls are not yet implemented, you can buy them but you can not yet use them. Enjoy.)

Lol, I'm pretty sure some of those scrolls work. But it's probably better not to waste your time with them, unless it's a monster scroll on Beluaterra.

What will you say or do if you have this Scroll of Fountain of Youth? Maybe it will reduce your character aging by let say, 10 years? ;D

Ooh, sounds like an interesting one, that. You seem to be finding a lot of wizards lately! My advy on Beluaterra is finding nothing. No sages, no wizards  :( But at least the hunting is good!

Yes, lot of wizards on Atamara. Do the scrolls all only work successfully on Belu?
It is sure slow moving on Atamara but when we the Advies can even receive Battle Reports of how many men fighting, it looks more and more enticing for us Advies to rise up become Nobles 8)

There are some that work everywhere, but it's a safe bet that there are more that work on testing than stable. And yeah, the fighting is excellent on Atamara now.

In Rantire.

Meet with Essard... - the barbarian Sage.

You have encountered a sage, a wise man, known as Essard. People say he is barbarian. It is rumoured by many that he has magical powers. He and his kind are the only people capable of repairing and sometimes even improving unique items.

Here is what the sage can repair, and what common items he will need for that:

can not repair the White Ring of Azzal (would need Old Coins)

You also have one or more items that the sage can improve:
can not improve the White Ring of Azzal (needs 77 gold, 4 silver and Ancient Key, Crystal Globe, Portal Stone)

Meet Awkim the Sage in Malor. Very hard to find Sage nowadays, maybe the war battles scare them off  :D
=====
The sage takes your Patch of Rough Silk and vanishes into his workshop, or whatever it is he is hiding back there.
After a while, he emerges and your White Ring of Azzal has been repaired. Its new condition is 62 %.

The sage leaves while you still shuffle around in your belongings. You also feel strangely tired.
