Identifying foreign dukes?

Just in case I'm missing it,  is there some way to identify foreign dukes? The realm details pages list region lords and council members, and identify the duchies by name. But I don't know of any way to identify the dukes of those duchies, unless you happen to be in some guild/religion with them, and can use the "some members of" option to scan for titles. Seems to me that Dukes would be identified on the realm details page. They are fairly prominent, important people.

slightly related... should contact list, list out titles of your contacts?

I believe it should, but then again I'm not entirely confident the contact list is functioning perfectly as of now. :)
