Renaming Duchies Bug

From ruler's govern duchy page:
http://www.battlemaster.org/testing/GovernDuchies.php

When I enter in a new name for a duchy, then click "Submit," I am taken to
http://www.battlemaster.org/testing/GovernDuchies.php

Where I receive text saying I have made the change, but a fatal error:
Catchable fatal error: Object of class DateTime could not be converted to string in /usr/share/php/Doctrine/DBAL/Connection.php on line 707

The name of the duchy does not appear to change, no matter how many times I repeat. I am able to replicate the bug with all 3 duchies of Terran.
