Option to take more food from peasants

Currently, you can't really be a ruthless lord. Everyone is a nice region lord. Some people might squeeze peasants for more gold but they know how far they can tax most of the time.

I think we should have an option to take food too. Maybe like 'search for hidden food' or something like that. (Or taxing peasants for food instead of giving up some portion of gold?)
