Quoted from the Frequently Rejected page, and contrary to several sources that have been posted on the forums.

The latter line has already been proven false, and I can show you several sources that refute this if you like. So when people keep quoting this as a reason to not include some sort of archery, that just means they're putting on blinders and refusing to face the facts.

Actually, what people are mostly quoting is Tom's decision—repeated multiple times in the past—to not allow it.

If you don't like it, take it up with Tom directly. Complaining on the public forums will only result in useless flamewars.
