Cannot Sign Treaties in Safari and Chrome

So, on the page:

I am unable to sign the treaty. The button to sign it is apparently below the frame, and so I can't click on it. I can reject it, but not accept it.

This problem exists for me in both Safari and Chrome.

Suggestions?

Use the Tab key for now to select the button. I have to do this alot in Daves Galaxy

I believe that the mobile version at m.battlemaster.org works appropriately in chrome.  Meaning you can click accept.

It's only on some treaties; long ones.

So instead, since I have an external monitor hooked up, I just stretched the window across both screens, and eventually that brought the acceptance tab into view.
