Smaller cities

I couldn't find the thread that was originally talking about this, so I started a new one.

How will the city size reduction changes affect FEI? We don't have the gigantic cities that other islands do. The largest city on Atamara is 114,000, the largest on Dwilight in 100,000 and the largest on Beluaterra is 65,000. The largest on FEI is just 36,000, with most much smaller. Will we be affected much by the size changes?

smaller cities had less of a reduction on the other islands as well, so FEI will simply have a larger share of those.
