Title: Show SF abilities.


Summary: Allow people to see what kind of abilities SF units actually have.


Details: Either make it visible for lords with SF centers in their regions or make the information available in the capital under the recruitment option. Or make them visible on the region information under infrastructure.


Benefits: Some low quality SF centers will be kept if they have good special abilities - Currently, people usually destroy low quality SF centers.  Also, it will help people when they are deciding where they want to put their SF units. No point on keeping this secret really.
