Is the new battle system included in the update?

The fixes to archer/MI behaviour are included, if that's what you mean.  That's the only major change combat has seen in several months.

I'm not worrying but I am a duke and region lord so it is my job to figure out whether my duchy is producing more or less food than before and how to address that. I know production of gold went up for my mountain regions but that's all that I can clearly see. Were all of the food balance changes for dwilight transferred as well? I'm assuming the 20% cut of food stores wasn't?

I'm pretty sure they will make those changes later. Those are database value changes, not code changes.

swholmes@gmail.com: That's because caravans no longer exist.

Hmm, makes being a trader kinda pointless...
It says I have: Paraphernalia: 6 Scouts, 6 Caravans, so I guess that's a bug

no you just have to drop your caravans
Dexter - Principality of Zonasa, Telgar - Principality of Zonasa, Wil - Morek Empire, Crom- Adventurer - Kabrinskia-paused

Traders work differently now. You don't need the caravans.
If at first you don't succeed, don't take up skydiving.

The new text editor is still randomly stripping out the "new line" characters, and it does appear to be completely random, as it does not do it for every message. Or even for every new line within a single message. Having to type (br/)(br/) (with <> in place of () ) for every paragraph in every message to make sure will get very annoying, very quickly.

I'm using the mobile version of the website.

So why was there almost no change to income and population to cities? I mean few cities changed and most stayed about the same. Is this intended or what?

A pick off topic to where you guys are going...
and honestly not that important since it doesn't crash anything(that I know of)
But I can send messages to (nobody)

I found this amusing, and I'm tempted to see where the message ends up o.O

Only one of these can be true. The mobile version doesn't use ckeditor.

Velax

Well, whatever text editor the mobile version uses, then. Before these changes this never happened on the stable islands on the mobile site. Something has definitely changed because, aside from randomly having new lines stripped out, you no longer get the message preview automatically appearing below the message, either.

Being a trader on the new system is much better. No more long travel times, just fill up on bonds and travel around without a unit.

I just fought a battle using the update.  It appears that the new combat system was part of the update since my mixed infantry behaved like it does on Dwilight.

This is regarding militia.

Before the update, you could see how much each militia unit cost each week and it's stats.
After the update, you can only see how much it will cost to disband the militia, and some of their stats.
Can we have the full information appear somewhere please?

This will likely be resolved by the hierarchy cleanup.

This is something we should consider adding. Make a feature request, please :)

Dynamic map overlays do not work in the colonies, maybe on all stable islands.
