Ending starvation

Menedor on Atamara has been starving for the four days since I was elected lord, despite having food the whole time:

How long does it take to distribute food in a region of 350-odd people?

Depends on how long they've been starving.

Especially if the region has been starving for a long time before food arrives, it is perfectly normal.  There was a similar concern (bug report) earlier, I've checked to make sure things are working as intended, and it is a matter of patience and understanding that long time starvation has significant effects.
