Bing is developed and owned by Microsoft.

Google's market cap: $191.04 billion
Microsoft's market cap: $253.58 billion

So Microsoft is still bigger.

Also, according to Google, Bing basically plays "telephone" between you and Google, by taking your search query and asking Google what the results should be.
