1. Royalty Status
2. Creation of guilds/religions
3. Rebellion either successful/unsuccessful
4. Assassinations
5. Heroic deaths
6. Killing a noble/Executing
7. Winning Tournaments
8. umm # of position held in a realm?
9. Days in a realm (running out of steam)
10. Family Wealth
11. Most traveled? which would include all the realms they've been in.

Thanks, those are all nice ideas.

What I'm looking for right now, however - because most of those ideas are good for the second step of merging fame into this - is other things like royal status or mentor points that could be included. Things that already exist scattered all over the game, but essentially all serve the same purpose, namely to record that character X has accomplished thing Y.

That doesn't mean mentor points are going away. There will be a replacement, and there will be rewards for helping new players get started.

Ah. That would be nice. It sucks to see new players leave after sending several letters . At least now we get something.
