Send messages from Marshal Army Information page

Title: Send messages from the Marshal's army information page

Summary: Allow the Marshal to send messages to one or more army members from the Army Information page.

Details: Put checkboxes next to each army member on the Army Info page, similar to the "Message some of your realm-mates" option, as well as a "Write message" button at the bottom.

Benefits: Convenience. As Marshal, I often want to message army members after looking at the Army Info page, whether to ask if they need gold, chivvy them along, issue orders to part of the army or whatever, and an option like this would make that considerably quicker and easier.

Possible Exploits: None.

Impossible at this point in time due to the mess the message system is. Sorry.

We are working on a better message system, but it is far from easy.
