I find that often when I want to send a particular noble's contact details to someone via the Contact List, the noble I want to send the details to doesn't appear in the list of people I can send the details to. Does this always mean that noble already has the contact details I want to send, or are there other possible reasons?

There are two possible reasons for a noble to not appear on the list of contacts you can send:

  • The noble you're trying to send it to already has that contact.
  • You don't have that contact.

So if I select Noble A from my own list (meaning I must have the contact) but Noble B doesn't appear on the list I can send the Noble A contact to, that must mean Noble B already has Noble A's contact? Thanks. It's good to confirm that.
