Details:
atm, the buttons come after the list of offers. it would be helpful if they are above the list of offers.

because it's far easier to filter for stuff before having to go through the list. (especially if the list is long)

having 2 sets of buttons sandwiching the list can also work, though you can always just hit "home" to go back to the top of the page and see the buttons.
