Map zoom and pan no longer seems to work anymore. Is this intentional? Just wanted to check before I posted on the bug tracker.

I think it is still broken for the mini maps.
If at first you don't succeed, don't take up skydiving.

Sorry, yes, I should have specified, I meant for the little maps on the region pages.
