Provisions Tweak

5 days? In a starving region?... At best!... I waited two whole days to get 20% provisions (pretty boring), and when I come back to the Capital, (going trough two regions without surplus but NOT starving) I had 0% supplies again! 

that's a known bug.

Any idea when there will be an update?
I like the provision system, but there needs to be a faster/easier way to gather. 
And it should be slower to use up.  I think 20% is too much per day.

We will not at this time change the gathering or use speed, they are set intentionally. Remember that without this feature, you would be starving immediately, so no matter if you think it is too weak, you are still better off than without it.
