Queen Valakyrie of Lukon met The Duke of the Dark Citadel, Targ'n Kybar, in a duel to the death this morning.

The duel challenge, issued by Duke Targ'n because of the destruction of his realm by the Lukon Hoard, was one for the history books.  Had the Duke lost yet survived the match, he would have become a life long guardsman of the Queen of Lukon. 

He did not survive the match however, and the Queen left the fighting circle with a grim yet pleased smile on her face.

When asked her feelings on the fight she had this to say:

"Honor in battle is life...Duke Targ'n is one of the most honorable warriors the world has known...there was no choice but to accept the fight and war against him as the Gods intended man to do.  May Duke Targ'n feast and battle among the Gods forever along side my father"

Talks continue to evolve in relation to the founding of the Colonial Empire.  Four of the 5 nations of the Colonies have given preliminary nods of approval yet full consensus of all nations is requested by Queen Valakyrie of Lukon.

It is interesting to note that the talks between Lukon, who is the driving force behind the push for Empire, and Lukons long term allied nation of Oritolon have failed.  Oritolon is fighting back against the Lukon sponsored plan despite its grand council having voted to join the Empire.  It is rumored that the Prime Minister of Oritolon is making his way to the city of Portion now so that a duel to the death may take place between the two rulers.  Readers will please note that this is not the first time the Queen of Lukon has been drawn in by those seeking honorable individual battle.

Meanwhile the armies of Lukon mass on its Southern boarder in preparation of war...war against the only two realms of the Colonies that have stood beside each other sense the first voyages to the Island began.

For those nobles seeking a place to begin or to begin again... this conflict looks to be the start of a new era in the Colonies.

Lukon 12K CS force attack Oritolon 10K CS in Oritolon's Alebad city recently. With the city wall advantage and last minute reinforcement, Oritolon prevailed in the first big battle. Oritolon and Lukon are former long time Federation allies.

This Federation breakup happened after numerous Empire overtures are rejected by Oritolon, who fearing they will lose their original realm identity. If Oritolon manages to hold off Lukon who is by the far, the strongest realm on Colonies, other realms will not be so keen to join the Empire, sponsored by Lukon. Only time will tell as second big battle about to happen.

On another news, the invincible Ares, Lukon greatest General and former Ruler unit can only be decimated by 2.3K charge from Oritolon's Actrial's unit. Could it be Ares, the God of War finally found his true opponent?

After a few days staring match between Lukon army in Vir el Mari Height region and Oritolon army in Alebad city.

Ares, the God of War of Lukon leads Lukon army to takeover Oritolon region of Windaria. Looting, killing, raping and burning reports have been received daily. It is a master strategy to lure Oritolon army away from Alebad city. Will Oritolon army leave their Alebad city to stop the TakeOver which is 2 regions away?

A border signpost reads the following below as Oritolon army pass to Padaost townsland.

Determined to bring the fight to Lukon, Oritolon strikes them where they least expected it: Padaost townsland. This town has Motte and Bailey(2) for fortification wall. Army of Oritolon Vice Marshal Eadwulf Osha leads 4K CS Oritolon attackers up against 1.6K CS Lukon Defenders. The Padaost battles are in Oritolon favor for two days running. Seeing the threat on its south, Lukon City Duchess Mephista Beldragos hastily raised militia in Lukon city, its city namesake. After all, which realm can afford to lose its own namesake city to the enemy.

It is a mismatch of all time. Remember the legend, David versus Goliath. For once, David does not stand a chance against Goliath: Minas Thalion(David) versus Outer Tilog(Goliath).

After a few staring matches and much delays. A huge battle occurs in Drenga, the last Minas Thalion region. Could Minas Thalion do what David done against Goliath?

520 men of Outer Tilog marched against 360 men of Minas Thalion. Outer Tilog army, The Band of Ghouls, Fiends and Abominations (Outer Tilog) sponsored by Sir Garm Tanngrisnir Crownguard, Minister of Offense of Outer Tilog, Duke of Hilly Holes, Baron of Hilly Holes, were led into battle by Marshal Demure Marauder. It is a lopsided battle indeed as for once Minas Thalion(David) unable to slay Outer Tilog(Goliath).

On another news, Lukon Judge Arch Priest Lucivar SaDiablo is extremely annoyed with Oritolon Judge Grand Justiciar May Ketchum. He vents his dissatisfaction with his brother non-release from Oritolon prison. Only time will tell if the recent outbursts on Judges channel will escalate to much bigger things. Maybe we will need to borrow Outer Tilog torture tools as a benchmark. How much is the Outer Tilog tools rental fee? 1000 gold?
