Delay arrival not working

Is the Delay Arrival option not working for anyone else? I click it and when the page refreshes, the "Delay arrival" option is still there, rather than the "Cancel delay arrival" option that should be there.

Edit: Definite bug. When I click Delay Arrival the first time, the option continues to appear but the option to turn my unit around disappears. I'll post it to the Bugtracker.

There is probably something broken there, but at other times it appears to work. We'll need to test this and find out what's going on. Please add any details that aren't yet there to the bug reports that already exist.
