Militia

I was thinking, how would it be if the militia in a region could be bought over by another realm, kind of like mercenaries? It wouldn't be an option available to all classes, preferably only infiltrators, and maybe courtiers, although that's a little unlikely, seeing as they'd be arrested if they were from an enemy realm. I think it would be cool. There might be a lot of problems with the general idea, but I think with a little work it might actually be a cool feature to add. What do you guys say? Feel free to shoot it down or make suggestions, I'm all ears.

Just thought I should add, I know the Dev team are super busy, just thought that it might be cool to put this idea on the waiting list or something. No pressure.
