Full realm name

In the Government options as a ruler, it's possible to change the "full name" of a realm. Where does this full name appear in-game?

I believe only on the realm page, though I could be wrong.

I've been wondering similar.  Why?

Well, during my time in Nothoi, it's appeared in RealmGovernment.php (Information > Realm Government).  It's the only place I've seen the long/full form of a realm name appear...  And the only realm I've seen it appear in! :|

Is it a bug that when updated it doesn't appear for other realms?  Because it doesn't appear in Westmoor when I set it.
