Recruiting Militia

I don't know how it used to be, but I can confirm now you can only recruit from adjacent regions, including across sea routes. In Hatdhes, I can recruit militia from Apelen (in my duchy), Masahakon (in another duchy) and Dsinanas (in yet another duchy), all of which are adjacent to my city.

Currently, indeed, I could only recruit from adjacent regions, be they of my duchy or not.
