How do you fire incompetent administrators

The scouts guild in my region is repeatedly shut down because of incompetent administrators.  I recently tore down and rebuilt the scout guild thinking I'd get new administrators.  Well, either the old administrators stayed on or the new ones are just as bad, because I just receive the same message of incompetent administrators causing guild closure.

How can I get better administrators for my scout guild?

How can I get better administrators for my scout guild?

You don't, it is a random chance thing every day that happens. Some days you get scouts, some days you have incompetent admins.

Just build more scout guilds. The cost scales up as you build more, but three should be fairly affordable. You have to be really unlucky to have all three scout guilds failing on you repeatedly.

Heh, this reminds me of the time I built two Tournament Grounds in my city on the assumption that that was what was required to be able to hold a tournament of both Sword and Joust. What may seem logical is not always the way it is in-game.
