Greetings all,

Life is returning to normal after the holiday season.  I hope everyone had way too much turkey, cookies, and whiskey over the last few weeks!

December Final Status Report

Overall Status: Green

December 2012 Goals:
Continued Doctrine Conversion - in progress
Test the New Message System on all islands - in progress
Continued Facebook updates - in progress

New Additions:
12 bugs have been fixed

I'm working on the equally late January Roadmap.

We've still got too much to go on the Doctrine transition for now.

Also, schisms aren't something that's going to happen quickly. They'll take a lot of work to implement properly.

Yeah i thought so.
Was more sarcastic then anything else really.

But once the doctrine has been done, adding new features like schisms would also be a lot easier, or not?

Implementing them becomes a lot easier. The conceptual design work is also there, and shisms are one example where we'd need to put a lot of thought into how exactly they should work.

Schism is where a Religion splits up into two (or more) different Faiths due say different opinions on how to interpret the teachings. It's a major and interesting concept for bigger Religions, but I can see how it will take a lot of thinking on how to get things right.

Yeah, SA on Dwilight could've used that I think. It sounds cool though, even if I never really do much for religion. I love that name though. Schism  :D
