Title: List estates with predicted income

Summary: As requested by Tom to formalize, make a list with all of the estates in a realm with its calculated current (and maybe also theoretical 100% production) income, including taxes.

Details: n/a

Benefits: More competition for best estates, allows realms to better optimize, makes sure newbies don't get totally screwed and get crappy income.

One possible way of doing it might be to expand the tax report, and make the immediately prior tax report available available on the Information menu somewhere.
