At what age do you start getting fewer hours per turn? One of my characters is only 36, but only receives 7 hours per turn. I thought that seemed a bit young for that to be happening.

7 hours seems really low for a 36 year old...  I thought it was at 40 or 45, honestly.

An hour is lost at 35, 50, and 75 years.

Thanks for that. Has it always been at those ages that hours are lost?

Yes, ever since there have been hours lost due to age.
