(OOC: On trip till Tuesday so shorter posts till then)

With something like The Thing, we can never be sure enough. Better take all the precaution we can, just in case. I rather make sure I can burn it should it just be in slumber awaiting its chance, how many times has it been now?

Lefanis

[suspicious][/suspicious]I risked life and limb to catch it alive, and now you want to kill it? If its escaped somehow, or infected someone, we ought to catch it again, that's why we're the best agency in the world, and not the KGB or CIA types...

DEADLINE 1

"And here we have the famous MI6 Headquarters - a must see on every tourist stop!" gushed the tour guide to the horde of Slavic and Yhudi tourists busy snapping shots in awe. "To misquote one of our more famous not-so-secret Secret Agent... Johnny English, you are now looking at the most secure location in all of England..." BOOM!

Explosions were going off simultaneously in multiple levels of MI6 including the Pit severing all connections with it and the rest of the building and knocking most of its personnel temporarily unconscious. When they rose groggily to their feet, they immediately did a headcount and... naturally found the Thing missing... a few of its more miniscule body parts.

"Does the Thing even have a miniscule body part?" yelled someone over the din of smoke. "Who did the autopsy?" yelled another as sirens blared in the background. Then there was silence as Snot, their faithful canine mascot was found dead with its body parts strewn all over the floor.

Deja vu?

VOTING and ORDERS are now open!

ACT I: SCENE I - REVELATIONS

The whole world swirled before Agent C. Slowly peeping open his eyes he found most of the lab in dismal condition. The floor was stewn with broken glass and the whole room smelled of strange reagents. "What the...?" , he suddenly remembered about the Thing and ran towards the Main Lab. . . .

He found most of the Pit personnels there. Hush hush there was the Thing had escaped. "Silly people and their stupid conclusions!", he thought. He shouted at top of his voice trying to reach everyone,
"Now calm down everybody! I did the autopsy.. It can't escape on its own. Its DNA is at a quiscent stage and it is unable to replicate on its own. ." , he paused and continued, ". . . Unless its cells find a suitable host to latch into, it should be lying there. . . Now there are two chances, someone was infinestimally stupid and sumbitted himself to those filthy parasites, OR. . . Someone deliberately use those blasts to create a confusion to get away. . . Lets find out what exactly happened!
Just stay alive and kicking, raise your voice when its needed. Through reason you can show the mistakes of others, something violence can't do.

I don't break rules, I bend them- a lot.

Stabbity

Sir Stabbity Goldman mutters to himself, pacing back and forth.

"Its happening! It ALWAYS happens! The Thing is loose! We're doomed!" he says, looking around, and makes a dash for the exit, hammering on the open button.
Life is a dance, it is only fitting that death sing the tune.

Penchant

Penchant states,"People calm down. If we freak out and don't work together, our odds don't look so good, but if we all work together and stop freaking out, I am sure we can overcome this."
"The true soldier fights not because he hates what is in front of him, but because he loves what is behind him."
― G.K. Chesterton

Dishman

Dishman dusted the debris off of his person. No soup would be had this day.

"So we've lost the thing? We are to assume it has infected one of us, right? It's behavior is indicative of a kind of parasitic organism that first controls it's host and then, once it reaches a certain internal cataclysm, will be fully capable. We have time, I think. Until it reaches it's catalyst, it will give us information that can be used to pinpoint it without killing us off."

"What I think we should do, is wait and collect information while it is weak. Does anyone agree?"
Eoric the Dim (Perdan), Enoch the Bright (Asylon), Emeric the Dark (Obsidian Islands)

Orobos, The Insatiable Snake (Sandalak)

Ketchum

Ketchum looks around and stands up after the explosion. "Calm down everyone. We can find out where is the Thing or what left of its, the body parts. Let gather some intel like we used to."

"Mallo.. M, is that you?" Lefanis groggily asks.
"Yes. Well done, Agents. Well done."

The Thing has been captured!

Ahh, my bad. It was your game. Not you. Sonya and D'Espana died together as the finale. Haha.

Back to the game, who else hasn't reported back yet?

I didn't understand the rest, but I'm going to vote Sonya. You seemed jumpy when I criticised the CIA/KGB.

And you are voting me for it? because i don't want the Thing to be alive?

What side are you on? on our side, or the Thing's Side?

Uhh, I caught the Thing in Thule and brought it here for further investigation. Our task is to bring the escaped Thing back into our control, and keep it from the KGB/CIA, who are also the bad guys, which I think you know.

And I'm voting you because you got jumpy about the foreign agents bit, so you may be one of the foreign agents.
