Adventurers migrating to Beluaterra

So this might seem like a silly question, but how do adventurers migrate to Beluaterra?  Do they just go to a port and have the option to do so like regular nobles?

Adventurers cannot emigrate.

Adventurers are allowed to start directly on BT.
