"take no action"?
None of these, in their current forms, seems preferable to the status quo, imo. Some variant of them, perhaps, but I really don't like the idea of arbitrary permanent region removal.
I still prefer semi-permanent rogue spawner vortices, created by Scrolls of Summons (or new scrolls), with strengths relative to the number of scrolls used, and which can also be moved to new regions with scrolls, so that all of the variables (time it gets created, strength of the spawns, duration of the vortex) are player-determined and, thus, this rogue spawner remains a purely PvP mechanism.
