How do you repair damaged workshops in the economy page such a Banner Manufacture?

I believe they repair themselves over time so long as the stats of the regions are reasonable.

Yep, can't repair, must automatically do so after the region's production is well restored.
The above is accurate 25% of the time, truthful 50% of the time, and facetious 100% of the time.
