Realm Description

I noticed when you create a new character, there is a realm description tab under the realm selection.

How do you add a description there?

That is something that the ruler can set on the Government Settings page, right at the bottom.

There are some specific restrictions on it, which I think are explained pretty well on the page, and if they're not, I'm certainly willing to answer questions and clarify.
