Try browsing directly to
http://5.35.247.190If that page loads, it's potentially a DNS issue, but you'll want to keep in mind that even if that page loads you wont be able to play the game from that URL. This can be resolved by modifying your DNS configuration to use a known-good DNS server (such as Google's public DNS). Googling will give you all the information you need to do that.
If the page doesn't load, you might have some kind of proxy interfering with your connection, or just bad luck. Try refreshing the page a couple of times: if issues persist after waiting a few hours/a day, you might want to talk with your ISP to figure out what's going on.
