When is the Rebalance coming?

The title says it all. So when would be the actual gold/food rebalance applied in the game. I believe many players are waiting for this, especially those whose regions are getting a major boost and those realms that would gain much and may start some new wars over control of the majorly boosted regions. Cheers!

We've got it pretty well set; there's still some prep work we need to do before it can go live, though, so it can't happen immediately.
