Most Skilled Captains?

Who are the most highly skilled captains out there at the moment? Also, what's the highest skilled captain you've ever had?

I currently have a captain of +20 skill. I think I recently saw someone else with a +23 captain.

Yep, still at +27...I think Atanamir's lovely Baroness Blythe has now also a +27 Captain...PMW's nobles have some high captains in the 20s as far as I know.

For those interested both the royal couple's captains are after the battles of Domus now at +28 skill :D

I hear if you leadership is high they progress quicker under your tutelage ^_^
