Comparing dwilight years with character aging, I figure that characters age about 85% faster than the calandar advances. For a character that never really got wounded or did anything dangerous.
If you put this in relation with life expectancy, I'd say that it makes a lot of sense and you can actually say that a BM character who is 60 years old is probably in about the same shape as a modern person who is 60 years old, even if the actual true age of that BM character is around 30.
I know it wasn't thought out this way, but it coincides pretty well.
