Yeah. I agree with this.
It seems new players are quite frustrated by the restrictions. When the game had more wars going, it was easier to gain honour and prestige but even after a war, it is quite hard to gain enough h/p to become an infiltrator or cavalier. Maybe all the requirements should be halved?
