LOL, looks like there are several fail people in the current town...including the guy that just stole 2 planks and 2 iron, probably to drop them in the middle of nowhere.

Is there a preferred time-space when we can go on expeditions?

The terrible thing is...it looks like I'm going to wipe on the first night (for the first time so far). I decided to take a bit of a risk for once and go a bit further to try help some people...but now I'm stuck there also.

You can get them back quite easily if you're prepared to use your AP. Just go out of town, choose a random direction, see who entered/left the region and which direction they went. Follow that until you find your resources :)

Griefers usually don't go too far because they don't want to get stranded outside.

Yeah that's true. Unfortunately I went too far, got trapped in a region trying to save two others, then ran away to die from infection tonight (possibly). Managed to survive last night despite camping with three zombies (lol).
