Auto Buying Paraphernalia

This really isn't a big deal, but I forget all the time to buy simple paraphernalia like banners or scout after I lose some. Could be simple of just say the highest amount of each paraphernalia you want, and whenever you arrive and not continue travel it will buy the necessary amount. If more people are buying then there are available which I think is rare(except maybe siege engines) it would simple be random who gets it. That would help with people being penalized for playing towards the end of the turn, but it would hurt those that choose not to use the system.

Well, every new campaign it seems like I need to open another can of scouts ;) to me they're just nameless NPC's anyway.
